Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to TR✨PLY. By accessing or using our website and services ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. TR✨PLY Travel and Tourism FZE LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the travel community platform that lets you explore trips, pay a deposit to reserve, and complete your booking subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Regional catalogs

The Platform may show trips for different regions (for example UAE and India). The deposit amount and currency displayed on each trip page and at checkout apply to that booking. Examples: AED 199 for UAE catalog trips and INR 1,999 for India catalog trips — your actual deposit is always the amount shown when you book.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Platform for fraud or unauthorized transactions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
• Abuse promotions, referral codes, or partner programs.

4. Bookings and payments

• You pay the deposit shown at checkout to secure your reservation. Card payments are processed by Stripe in the currency shown (e.g. AED or INR).
• We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• After deposit payment, you typically have up to 365 days to select travel dates, subject to availability and trip rules.
• Your booking may require confirmation by TR✨PLY or the travel provider. We will notify you of status.
• Buy Now, Pay Later (Tamara, Tabby) may be offered for eligible UAE bookings only, where available. BNPL is a separate agreement with that provider.

5. Payment providers

• Stripe: card payments. By paying via Stripe you agree to Stripe's terms at stripe.com/legal.
• Tamara / Tabby (UAE only, where offered): separate BNPL agreements with those providers.TR✨PLY is not responsible for their credit decisions or fees.

6. Partners and referrals

Merchants, referral partners, and affiliates are subject to separate onboarding and approval. Abuse of codes or fraud may result in cancellation and account suspension.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• Our liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant booking.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where exclusion is permitted.
• Travel involves risk; we are not liable for events outside our control (force majeure, authorities, weather).
• We are not liable for actions or fees of Stripe, Tamara, or Tabby.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable (including India for India-catalog bookings).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
