1. Who we are

TR✨PLY is operated by TR✨PLY Travel and Tourism FZE LLC. We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Platform. 2. What we collect

• Account: name, email, password (hashed), phone, profile details.
• Bookings: trip choices, dates, booking reference, travellers, special requests.
• Payments: we do not store full card numbers. Stripe processes cards (AED, INR, etc.). BNPL providers (UAE) handle their own data under their policies. We may receive transaction status and limited metadata for support.
• Region preference: catalog region you select (e.g. UAE vs India) stored in cookies / local storage to show the right trips.
• Technical: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, cookies.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp, contact form, support tickets.
• Partner onboarding: business and bank details for merchants and referral partners you submit.

3. How we use data

• Create accounts, process bookings and payments, send confirmations.
• Share necessary data with payment and travel partners to fulfill your trip.
• Operate referral, affiliate, and merchant programs you join.
• Prevent fraud, comply with law, improve the Platform.
• Marketing only with your consent; you may opt out anytime.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on secure servers with reputable hosting providers. We retain data as long as needed for services, disputes, legal obligations, and accounting. Payment records follow applicable tax and financial rules.

5. Sharing

• Stripe (and Tamara/Tabby where used) for payments.
• Travel operators to deliver your trip.
• Email and cloud providers under confidentiality agreements.
• Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data for third-party marketing.

6. International users

If you book from India or another country, your data may be processed in the UAE and by providers in other jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to protect data consistent with this policy and applicable law.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@triplysquads.com or support@triplysquads.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for login, region preference, and analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser. Some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.

9. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without parental consent.

We may update this policy. Material changes may be notified by email or a notice on the site.
