Cancellation Policy

No hidden surprises — if plans change, talk to us first.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to trip reservations on TR✨PLY, including deposits paid in AED, INR, or other currencies shown at checkout (card via Stripe; BNPL via Tamara or Tabby where offered in the UAE).

2. If you cancel

  • Before paying the deposit: no cancellation needed; the booking is not confirmed.
  • After paying the deposit: contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
  • BNPL (Tamara/Tabby, UAE): cancel through TR✨PLY first; we will coordinate with the provider. Do not only cancel in the BNPL app without telling us.

3. If we cancel

We may cancel when a trip is unavailable, for safety or force majeure, fraud, or operational reasons.

We will offer a refund or alternative dates per our Refund Policy. BNPL plans will be updated with the provider where applicable.

4. No-shows

If you do not travel or do not select dates within your calendar unlock period without contacting us, your deposit may be forfeited. BNPL installments may still apply per the provider's terms until we confirm a cancellation with them.
